Take full control over the chilling process with the Jade J1BC blast chiller from Williams. Packed with innovative technology, this chiller cabinet rapidly reduces the temperature of hot food from +90°C to 3°C in just 90 minutes. Its advanced airflow design ensures even and consistent chilling, preserving food without the worry of dehydration or damage. Users can choose between hard or soft chilling to blast chill dense and delicate foods safely.
Meeting food safety legislation and HACCP compliance, the Jade blast chiller is a versatile addition to any caterer's arsenal. Its easy-to-use 1-2-3 control panel initiates the blast cycle in three simple steps. Audible alarms indicate the end of each cycle, and for increased efficiency, it automatically switches to storage mode at 3°C. Internally, there is capacity for seven 1/1 GN trays and the barrel doors are lockable for an added layer of security.
Designed for operation in up to 43°C ambient environments, this blast chiller features a food-safe stainless steel exterior and interior, along with a self-closing door to minimise temperature gain and reduce energy consumption. With precision-injected, high-density 75mm polyurethane insulation, the chiller ensures excellent thermal efficiency with low GWP and zero ODP.
For superior mobility and stability, the Williams Jade J1BC blast chiller is delivered with heavy-duty, non-marking swivel castors with brakes. Also, the easy-to-clean and replace magnetic balloon gasket makes maintenance a breeze.
