It would be great for a street trader, chicken shack, outside caterer or deli.
It works from bottled gas, and has five rotating spits.
The back three roast the chickens beautifully, then transfer to the front, and reload. The gas is adjustable so once fully cooked they are retained at the optimum temperature.
On the bottom tray you can store roast potatoes with the chicken juices dripping and keeping them moist.
This Spanish Asdor roaster is very well made and will last a lifetime. The ignition doesn't ignite, so it requires a gas gun to ignite. That said this is a quality machine, European manufacture, and reliable.
