Completely hand-made by Yukihiro-san with a durable shirogami / white #1 core clad in soft-iron with a kurouchi finish, this nakiri is perfect for your veg prep.
Fantastic knife which will hold a wicked edge for a long time due to the carbon steel construction. Please note that the black korouchi finish is slightly uneven, from cleaning, as per the photos. Selling as I am rationalising my collection! Knife will be securely packaged for shipping, and blade oiled to prevent corrosion.
